Nothing special

Nothing in this book that a ten minute YouTube video wouldn't have shown you. Glad it was less than €3.

I just paid for a sales pitch

I expected to learn about value stream mapping. this was just about selling six sigma, not teaching a methodology. I stopped half-way and skimmed through the rest in hope for content.

Not a great book. Just a lot of opinions.

Book had some good examples, but mostly opinions and not much meat. Was hoping this book taught more on value streams in stead of lots of topics in broad detail.

Short listen, but still

Very quick listen, but felt longer. The title includes value stream mapping which was not the focus at all. Im glad it was a bargain at least.

misleading

it is a very misleading title. it is a begginer/general book about lean six sigma and not at all about the process of value stream mapping associated with lean

Lean six sigma review

Would you consider the audio edition of Lean Six Sigma: Value Stream Mapping to be better than the print version?

I would imagine they would be the same but I like the audiobook version because you listen to it on the go. I listen to it in the car and when I workout! My only criticism is it's less than an hour long! But there's still a ton of information within the limited time constraint. Great information if you want to learn about lean six sigma and the power of really optimizing your time, money, and resource.

Budget correctly

Any additional comments?

Everybody really knows how to budget correctly. Whether you have a small or big budget, you need to understand your limitations, but more importantly, exceeding them. I like this book because it's helped me be better at estimating my budget and also improve my analysis skill with lean six sigma.

Eliminate waste and get going!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

It talks about micromanaging your tasks and making sure you can be as efficient as can be.

Any additional comments?

I've learned a ton from this audiobook. Running both a retail and online business can get stressful so I needed to simplify some of the tasks and things I need to do make sure I can still be profitable. My favorite part was about being more flexible within your analytics and speeding up your business operations.
