Would recommend but with a different narrator

Enjoyed content but would have Definitely Preferred Stedman’s voice & enthusiasm for this important subject. Narrator is Very Monotone...had to tune out voice to hear content...prefer to listen to Audible book vs reading...but this one I’m in favor of reading the hard copy instead.

a good starter book for identity development

Stedman Graham gives very good information on how to develop your identity. However I do think it's just a starter, in order to really grow, I think readers would need to dive deeper into the subjects. I would still recommend this book though.
