Summary

Make more money? Really? Oh yea! Almost every selling strategy that every coffee bar owner tries, to advertise, to market, and to attract paying customers is ineffective, costly, and wrong. Almost every penny that every coffee bar owner spends to attract paying customers is wasted; you might as well toss your money down the drain with this morning's used coffee grounds.

Why rely on the same advertising methods everybody uses? Why trust your business's lifeblood - customers - to random attempts to promote your coffee shop?

Stop the insanity! It's time for you to change if you want to make a lot of money in the coffee business. It's time for you to change now.

Email marketing isn't the only answer

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

Way too much repetition. A circular book about email marketing. Once a fortnight is way too frequently.

Would you ever listen to anything by Greg Perry again?

No

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Sleep.

Must-read for anyone looking to open a coffee shop

I went into this book very very did I already say very very skeptical fully expecting that I was going to return it and then it was some scam from some guy who knew nothing about the business looking to cash in on hopeful business investors. I was study to find a shop full of not just good ideas but what looked to me as cornerstones for running any successful coffee or cafe store. Admit the author reading his own book you would expect it to be a bit better the performance is subpar but you're not listening to this book Forest story you're listening this book for insight and information and that it has

some good generic tips

good refresher but mostly basic sales techniques. I did like that it was very coffee shop minded. The narration of the book was bad(worse towards the end). but this book was about saving money... so must have been more efficient for Greg to read it :) Probably a better choice for physical book purchase.

A lot of common sense marketing tips but very good

there are a lot of basic marketing tips but this book is still a wealth of information. the author who also narrates this book pauses at weird times as he is forming thoughts. this makes the book kind of awkward sounding and unnatural... still definitely a good listen though!
