Boring and lacking in any detail.

Boring and lacking in any detail. Basically a bullet point list that has been read aloud. No helpful detail at all!

Slightly disappointed

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I wouldn't recommend this particular Audiobook because it's not the full version. Also the narrator sounds like a robot voice mail machine, which makes for difficult listening.

What other book might you compare Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap...and Others Don't, by Jim Collins to, and why?

I would recommend this book, but download the full version or get yourself a paper copy.

What three words best describe Michael Gilboe’s performance?

robot voicemail machine

Was Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap...and Others Don't, by Jim Collins worth the listening time?

It was over too soon

Way too short, not worth an Audible credit. Should be a 1/4 credit.

Not what I expected. Didn't realise instaread was a condensed summary of the original book. I won't be purchasing another Instaread book.

Too basic an overview to be of value.

Although looking for the key takeaways from Good to Great, this book doesn't even really skim the surface. I knew full well what I was buying - I was looking for all the killer content without the filler; but the content here didn't help. Only around 10mins tops to cover all the content of the book. Too much filler around style and perspective, not enough on the book itself. Provided me very little help.

Very Insightful Review

I really like their approach to this review. If I just want the surface or Basics I can leave it at this or I understand enough about the book that I would actually want to invest the time to read the entire book.

Misleading cover

I consider this misleading... I thought this book is jim collins' book... You can advise me to learn to read, but the cover could look a bit different to make it clear for the first glace that this is only a review... :/

Utterly misleading

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

This is NOT the actual book. It's a sodding summary, which has been billed as ...let me check, yes there it is, an "UNABRIDGED" audiobook. Very uncool, especially for a full credit

What could Instaread have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Increase the fine print

Would you be willing to try another one of Michael Gilboe’s performances?

If it were the full book, yes

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap...and Others Don't, by Jim Collins?

I wouldn't cut anything. That has already been done with surgical precision

Any additional comments?

None
