Summary

The audiobook is a series of stories from Caitlin's first meeting with David Grove to the development of Clean Modeling for groups and contains the principles and models underpinning Systemic Modeling. Clean Language case studies and far more....

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely Yes. I have found that audiobook so inspirational that I have listen to it already twice. My journey with Clean Language have just started and I found it very useful. I was more then happy to listen how the work developed. Explanation of processes and shared experiences of application of Systemic modelling growing and evolving with years make me feel curious and hungry for more.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Caitlin Walker is great writer and I love her self - developing and collaborative nature. What I liked the most is her narrative personal touch. When she reads her book it feels like you are there in the experience - part of it. Very educative.

Have you listened to any of Caitlin Walker’s other performances? How does this one compare?

Yes. I watched her DVD about Clean Language & Symbolic Modelling. This audiobook is different. Much more real life scenarios and real case studies. You can see examples where and how she and her teams applied clean language approach. You will find here broad explanations of tools and outcomes. This is much more Story behind development .DVD is more practical experience from workshop. Both excellent in my opinion.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It make me laugh many times, and recall my personal life situation when I was exactly in the same or similar situation ....what a shame I did not have the tools yet to deal with conflicts in the ways described.

Any additional comments?

I highly recommend any Caitlin's work.

Compelling cultural change how to guide.

I really enjoyed this book and am exciting to put the methods to work so that I can influence behaviour, away from command and control to empowered and engaged cross-functional teams.

I’m so glad this happened

A friend of mine asked if we could talk about how clean and personal training overlap. During that conversation he suggested I look into Caitlin Walker. That was a week and a half ago. Since then I’ve listened to this book and spoken passionately and excitedly to all who was asking what is inspiring me at the moment. I found the stories and tools shared in this book brought both a tear and many hopeful thoughts to mind.

In working with other people we are communicating on so many levels. Caitlin’s respectful and heartfelt evolution of David Groves work encourages our embodied experience to be lifted into our conscious awareness by systemic modelling. Giving us all a greater chance to know think and feel with a level of coherence as the conscious and subconscious become in the brief metaphorical moment.

If, as I recently heard from Owen Eastwood, 70% of our behaviours are influenced by our environment, then Caitlin’s work opens up an opportunity to explore and unpack our bagged to see that matrix of interaction that have been influencing us beneath the surface, giving us the chance of choice. To remain curious, creative and collaborate consciously.

I look forward to diving further in with intention of becoming a cleaner catalyst for change and enjoyment.

Thank you
Duncan.

Absolutely Amazing! Life Changing.

I am finishing listening to the narration of this book at 3:45am in the morning. It has absolutely gripped me and although I may not find it easy to get outside of my comfort zone to take this onboard. I absolutely believe there is a need to do just that, for my personal growth and hopefully pay forward the messages and ideas to people I know and not yet to know. There are certain moments when something resonates with you such as a great teacher. I honestly felt like this. I just hope on my journey I do this book and Caitlin the justice it deserves. Thank you so much. I loved the narration. There so many individuals and areas that this book could be the beginning of such a positive step in the right direction. Apologies for the essay in this review and maybe I should have used clean feedback. I loved this book.

Really good listen

Great listen but just looked for a pdf for the diagrams that are in the book. It would be five stars if the diagrams could be added as a pdf for download.
