The Eat the Frog was a simple concept well presented but I found Brian's story old fashioned, patronising and really basic. It was like getting business advice from a pensioner who worked in the pre-computer age. Whilst not completely irrelevant, even at only 2 hours in length, I didn't get much out of those 2 hours apart from revisiting Marlow's hierarchy of needs. Much better books out there so don't waste your time on this one. In my opinion.
