No logical sense - too abridged to get key concept

Would you try another book written by Peter Block or narrated by Grover Gardner?

Possibly the full version, but unsure about that now

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Flawless Consulting?

Would have added more in and made key points clear - just seemed like rambling nonsense
