Tons of great tips!
This is a great book for those getting into property investing or trading. Mark outlines a number of different strategies to find and secure deals, as well as how to market them on. Regardless of whether deal packaging is your strategy, if you're into property you should read this book.

On balance, not a fan
I started off by quite liking the book and its narration but as I progressed I'm afraid that I became less and less of a fan. Initially, I found the slightly idiosyncratic narration style to be engaging but as it progressed it grated and it gave the impression of a bit "smarmy" to me.
Sorry to say that I ended up feeling that the content was aimed at the slightly more "edgy" end of property investment. I'm not casting aspersions about the author but for me some of the approaches don't sit well. The narration style of being rather overly "matey" fed this feeling in my mind of old style, smarmy estate agent.
Sorry, but It's just how the book struck me.

How to get Below Market Value properties on tap!
Would you consider the audio edition of Dominate Your Ground to be better than the print version?
Obviously a personal preference, but it's knowledge 'on the go', & ideal in the car. I've the printed copy also, as I can make notes & bookmark for reference.
What other book might you compare Dominate Your Ground to, and why?
Is there one? This is the definitive 'on the ground' manual to locate, market, and convert motivated sellers.

No. A lot of information to absorb, so better to break into sections.

A handbook for success in Property
This is a text book. It is an instruction manual which tells you exactly how to source the best property deals on "your patch". If a property book can change your life then this is the one. I have owned the paperback for some years now and if you practice what it preaches then you will "dominate your ground" and be the go-to property person in your area beating the local estate agents to the best deals. You can buy all of them! Go get 'em.
