Everyone wants to use Agile while maintaining the Waterfall structure and reap the benefits of both. In Agile Scrum: The Agile Product Owner you will find:
Agile Scrum: The Agile Product Owner, Exciting Fundamentals - quick to implement.
this happen to be the second Michael Nir audible book I listened to today without realizing it. this book started out ambitiously - aiming to talk about agile, key competencies focused on the product lead , visiting several interesting topics like influencing, change mgmt, etc, and also how agile can and does at times work with traditional command and control organizations via a hybrid approach, which resonated with me as I had such experienced. however the last several chapters became a recital just rattling off difference SDLC methodologies, without any depth on them, which could have easily been left as an appendix as it didn't tie on to the book well. overall, 3.5 stars for strong substance in the first half, and weak content in the second half. narrator is female and did a good job, with plenty of enthusiasm in her voice that kept me engaged until the rattling SDLC chapter.

I enjoy Agile coaching. While I may use several styles to accomplish tasks, Agile is by by far my favorite method for efficiency!
Very simple, to the point and without too many elaborate stories. One thing missing is the information on how to write good epics, stories or PRDs.
The information in this valuable book is clearly presented in a brief but comprehensive manner. Highly recommended.
I found that this book spent too much time giving a history of Agile principles and comparing note to other systems.
Where does Agile Project Management rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It is a well done business book and project management for Agile in the organization - will make a difference
