Awesome!

Awesome! Need I say more...
I'd recommend it to coaches, athletes, parents and more. In addition, if you get the opportunity. To hear Greg speak then I highly recommend that as well. And you can access all the support that he describes at the Centre for Health & Human Performance in London.

Really bad book
