Summary

A good quick summary / reminder - but I do feel you need to have read the book first - which I have done

Good summary - now I'm ready for the whole book

Interesting. Didn't need so much of this taken up with The author's history (some of which put me off!).

Who is Guy? He was mentioned twice but I don't recall him being introduced or explained?

I will now read the full book though so this did a good job.

Not worth it

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

This was not worth listening to. Not enough content to even get a gist of the method.
