    "LIFE CHANGING"

THE no1 book anyone needs to read if they want to improve their business and their life.

Quick read, simple to understand and implement, even quicker to listen on audio. Paul Akers' YouTube channel is super helpful, quick practical videos also.

I love learning and 2 Second Lean is the best thing I've ever learnt, it's life changing. I now have more time to spend doing what I want to do in work and life.

Start this book now, don't put it off!

"Read it. Listen to it. Implement. REPEAT."

Giving the book 5-stars was the easy part. Implementing the ideas and developing a culture such as the one at Fastcap requires a little more work on the reader's part.

Paul Akers is a fascinating, inspiring "regular guy". Take what you will from this, but miss out on the lessons at your peril.

The delivery is excellent too, with Mr. Akers' passion coming through in spades throughout.

I can't recommend this book highly enough.

"I Listened To This Straight Thru!"
What did you love best about 2 Second Lean?

I really enjoyed the fast pace and bite sized chapters. I'm a LEAN/Six Sigma green belt and I had a pretty good understanding of the basics prior to this, but I cued this up on a four hour drive from Houston to Dallas and back and listened straight through to the end. The author does a great job of making LEAN understandable and FUN! It was a great listen!

What about Paul A. Akers’s performance did you like?

    Very engaging. Well done narration.

"This was a great book. "

I have read the six sigma green belt book. And soeaking with my mentor many timrs found the book to complicated for its own good. This book gets to the point of what a lean cukture should look like. i found it very helpful with my career goals.

Great simple Lean Thinking. Culture is the key, not just lean tools and principles as a checklist. Paul is inspiring!

    "Fun, easy, and short book"

The third edition extra sections isn't anything new, just an update on Paul's company. For a book about lean, it's kinda ironic that it has this extra fat tacked on, especially after a very informative second edition.
