Wonderful book...

What made the experience of listening to 101 Tough Conversations to Have with Employees the most enjoyable?

I am staying in Dubai, and English is my second language. Since long time I was searching for a source that can teach me how to approach talented staff who goes out of their code of conduct. I found this book amazing.
I listened to it more than one time, and learned a lot from it.
Then I bought the hard copy and tried to listen with a read at the same time and highlight the wonderful phrases.
Then I ordered most of the books of the the Author Paul Falcone from Amazon
