This audio book by Susan Hollister is absolutely great; giving real life examples to start with and preparing you for what it takes to build a great business plan. It will teach the importance of having a business plan explaining why a plan is crucial and beneficial for your business.I especially liked the chapter devoted to common mistakes and how to avoid them, here you can find plenty of things one can easily overlook or obstacles you may face and suggests ways to overcome them. I would most definitely recommend this book to anyone starting a new business as it will help you build your business plan efficiently.

Good place to start
I've just recently moved area and have been trying to decide whether to use the move as an opportunity to start my own business rather than get a job. I did find this audio book very helpful, even though there is some very American specific language and terms the basic principles are there and it helped me to see realistically what needs to be put in place and organised before even putting a business plan in place.This has definitely given me a lot to think about and work on to make sure my business is realistic and sustainable.

Brilliant business plan book
To gather an idea about the business planning I grabbed the audio version of this book .The book has amazed me with the brilliants ideas about business and helped in better understanding the concepts of business planning. The easy wordings and clear voice has aided in creating a winning business plan. I have gathered the clear ideas about the operating structure, the products and services, the finances, and my marketing plans for my future business. The great advantage is that i listen to this book anytime easily especially when i go on a walk without taking out time to sit and read.
I would recommend it to all entrepreneurs , or anyone who wants to develop their business planning skills.
