It’s a great insightful read (or listen as in my case), where Penny bares her soul and talks from the heart to help to try and put balance into your business life. A book that you can read many times, and with each read, a little more wisdom will be found from the golden nuggets that lie within.

I was clinging onto every word from start to finish. “Stop being limited by your past, your battlescars are the most powerful gifts you’ve been given use them to move forward not hold yourself back i’ve learned that i am successful i am happy i am loved and i am worthy i focus on what my values are and reflect on my life with that filter the adversity in my life has made me the person i am i have sometimes loved more deeply than the love i have received i empathise more deeply due to the lack of kindness i have received i build community because i knew what loneliness was like i am what i am because of not despite these things “ - Penny Power OBE This was more than just an audiobook it something like coming out of what I imagine a Tony Robbins experience would be but the female classy version, totally empowering and filled with wisdom from start to finish. Penny, I have just finished listening to your book. Throughout my 30 years of entrepreneurship I have read probably 600 or 700 books, for 99% of them I have taken something positive from all of them. Once in a while a book resonates so much it shakes me and once every few years a book comes along that not only shakes me it enthuses me so much I think it should be read by the masses, the masses of amazing entrepreneurs that are changing the world one problem at a time. A Key Person of Influence by Daniel Priestley was another book that changed my life and which was how we met, I have shared that book with many which I will be doing with yours. Congratulations and thank you for writing this book with such openness and generosity...its a gift. x
