Perfect one!

I stumbled across this book+author maybe 15 years ago when I was getting into longer duration events past marathon distances and times. Multi-day 50+ mile sorts of things. Fueling becomes a big issue. The very first edition of this book was about using more fat for fuel in longer endurance events, specifically nuts. It works, along with added complex carbohydrates. This edition is much more highly figured out.

Very Helpful !

This is a great book! If you're looking to truly get a better understanding on how to tap into your bodies natural energy sources, then listen this book...I've been following the Slow Burn methodology and I've seriously seen an increase in my own personal energy...Not too mention that I'm also seeing myself lose weight, but not at a dramatic speed that most often leads to gaining weight back rapidly. At the end of the day, this book, (at least to me) has been more of a long term tool in order to get a better understanding on what it takes to live a better active lifestyle.

Losing weight is not imposible without exercise

I hate exercising, after a few years of being restricted from exercise by the doctor (due to a medical condition), it's been always almost impossible for me to get back to my weight. And I've found soo difficult to lose weight by running or exercising. I absolutely loved Linda's tips to lose weight without running a marathon or doing exercises my body can't handle. Unfortunately I can not exercise as much as I would.

starsNice little book if you've little time to exe

It's a simple fact that not everybody likes to exercise, or has time for it. But we all have to move- it's simple what our bodies require of us. In Linda Westwood's book "Exercise Less", you will receive easy and simple to use tools to keep yourself fit even though you've little time to do so.

This is not a book for serious athletes- anyone willing to progress further in a sport, or in fitness should look elsewhere. But anyone looking for a simple 7-step system to get reasonably fit should buy this book.

This book can be helpful to anybody

The fact that by doing strength exercise you actually burn your fat faster is like a revelation to me! It now makes sense to me why so many people fail to loose weight when dieting without implementing any muscle building activities in their workout routine. I'll make sure I do not do the same mistake. The level of details of every exercise in this book shows a great expertise of the author in physical health and training area. I find a list of advises at the end of the book super helpful.
This book can be helpful to anybody who wants to exercise effectively and loose some weight.

A truly excellent book

This is a most incredible book, worth many times what it is being sold for.

It is full, complete, intelligent, reasonable.

I have always had a problem with my weight, but I can now see many of the errors that I have been making.

If you only buy one book on getting healthy and in form, let it be this one.

Good Guide!

This book contains information about short training routines that are easy to understand and to copy. If you follow Sherry S. Williams advice you will loos fat at your stubborn fat depots including your belly. The Workouts are really fun can`t get enough of them. Highly recommended.

A MUST HAVE!!!!

Williams 's system of working out based on target pulse ranges is great. I have always been enjoyed running but now with the "approval" to stay at the fat burning heartbeat range makes an effective workout into true joy.
