I am fully satisfied with this book. This Instant Pot cookbook contains brief sections that will introduce you to the Instant Pot, the benefits of using an Instant Pot, vegetable recipes using your Instant Pot, meat and poultry recipes for chicken, beef, pork, lamb and soup recipes using Instant Pot. Thank for the book. The Cookbook is very helpful if you purchased a mini Instant pot device. It helps me to study all the ways of cooking with it. I found out that I didn't know anything about my device before purchasing this book. I was astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Instant Pot Cookbook is a book for decades!

I would recommend this cookbook to anyone to likes to cook and wants to learn how to use healthier ingredients. A lot of the recipes do seem like they have a lot of ingredients, but for the most part, many of them are things you probably already have in your spice rack. Try the mac and cheese recipe....you will love it!

Well done!

I like the recipes and also how this book clarifies Instant Pot. An incredible asset for the fledgling. I welcome the assortment of formulas and the explicit tips that are a decent springboard for discovering formulas on the web. When you see how the Instant Pot functions and to feel able, it's not such a riddle. Amazing book!

Lovely recipes.

My fiancee and I have been familiar with the authors for some time now. We have both paid special attention to nutrition and weight loss and in this way Instant Pot Cookbook. The recipes are always easy to follow, delicious, and best of all: the photography is amazing. I've probably saved 30+ recipes for our collection.

Awesome job!

There are tips and recipes and explanations about things like which oils to use and such. There are color photos of the dishes as well as an easily seen calorie and nutrition information table. Most of all the recipes look delicious and there is such a huge variety to choose from. ! I am inspired to cook and cook healthy at that! Thank you for the cookbook!

Yummy recipes!

Like it! This book has such a large number of recipes that utilization genuine sustenance and fixings that I either as of now have close by or would likewise use for different formulas. There is nothing more baffling than purchasing a cluster of flavors that may be utilized for one recipe that you may never make again. I have seen from other sources have fixings like jars of soup or dry blends that I could never utilize.

These recipes are wonderful - I am so excited to learn how to use my instant pot for many different things. I appreciate that she shares variations for recipes, so they fit into anyone's eating plan, whether vegan, gluten-free, paleo, etc. As with her other two cookbooks, this one will also be used time and time again in my home. Cool! Great variety of recipes!

I enjoyed a few meat and poultry recipes. This one hits the spot for me because as a bariatric patient, I need to know carb and protein counts, calories only aren't enough. Everything is clearly labeled, calorie counts most prominently, and the recipes are simple enough that even a new IP user should have no trouble. Awesome! And a nice book! instant pot cookbook.

Use for multiple recipes.

I wanted an Instant Pot to be able to cook real food during busy times rather than being tempted by pre-packaged or take out food. A majority of the recipes that I have seen from other sources have ingredients like cans of soup or dry mixes that I would never use. Other books also have so many exotic ingredients that most home cooks don't have on hand. This book has so many recipes that use real food and ingredients that I either already have on hand or would also use for multiple recipes.

Magnificent book!

The book contains valuable info if you are serious about body transformation. Very good value for the money. I am adjusting my diet based on it in order to lose the last pounds of fat and so far it`s working very well. I highly recommend it because it can be used by any normal person who has no experience in body transformation.

Highly recommended.

I adore this book. Really helpful!

A must-listen for everybody who wants to learn how to burn fat and maintain or increase muscle mass. You want answers on why you're stuck at the same body fat level, why everything you tried didn't work and how you can adopt habits that go on autopilot? This is the book you need. I would call it to burn the fat bible. The author explains everything very understandable what it really takes to change your body, no gimmicks, just real effort an incremental improvements.

In general presents an excellent, solid book.

I've listen Burn Fat, Feed the Muscle in several different editions; I believe this to be its best incarnation (as it should be). The author lays out the formula for getting lean in an easy-to-understand manner, points out potential pitfalls and how to avoid them, and in general presents an excellent, solid book.

such a clear guide

Best book I have ever listen to this subject. I'd say about 80% of what is here I already knew or was at least aware of but it's all presented in such a clear, concise and easy to understand the way that I don't see how anyone could benefit from listening to it, newbie or veteran! The Chapter on motivation alone is worth the price! highly recommended!

Highly recommend!

I am a beginner to these types of exercises, but after a few weeks, I notice a lot of changes in the way my body is starting to look. I feel great and have a lot more energy. I will continue with this program for several months. Highly recommend!
