Great book!

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book. Good explanations and easy to understand.There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. This collection has helped me use my slow cooker to its potential instead of just for stews.

Really excellent book.

From this book I learned about the intermittent fasting, the advantages and disadvantages of this diet, a thirty-day challenge of intermittent fasting, a combined keto diet, and intermittent fasting, intermittent fasting for young mothers, and more. There is a lot of important information that will help start a post properly and effectively for health here.

A great book for all.

A great book if you are considering incorporating fasting into your lifestyle. I already do a modified version of fasting and need to expand my window and eventually work my way into an extended fast. This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. This book makes sense and is worth a try. I'm excited to see how it works for me. I only have weight to lose, so going to give it a go.

Must have for anyone who loves fitness

Regardless of whether your fitness trainer or just a fitness enthusiast, this is a book you should have in your personal library. Easy to follow, common sense, Tom explains everything so you really feel confident you can reach your goals. As a health and fitness coach, this will be a well used resource for me. Very Englightening

While some of the information may seem like common sense, Venuto brings together a lot of valuable information that collectively can help you get a better understanding of the approach necessary to achieve weight loss and a fit lifestyle. His chapters on mindset and confronting yourself are particular helpful to understand another side to achieving weight loss success. This is the kind of book that would be hard to sit down and read, but is great to listen to on your daily commute or during your workout. I highly recommend this book.
