The definitive guide to bodybuilding.

This is definitely the most thorough audiobook on bodybuilding. It describes in-depth both the mental and physical aspects of weightlifting. The principles explained in this audiobook can be applied to accomplish one's goals inside and outside of the gym. It offers workout plans, demonstrates a variety of exercises to target specific muscle groups, and gives hard to find pieces of advice that will allow you to train properly and avoid injury.

A solid foundation for bodybuilder

This audiobook set a solid foundation for bodybuilder from beginners to advanced lifters. This audiobook includes all you need to progress your programs and comes with a lot of information on bodybuilding nutrition. Excellent Listen for anyone in bodybuilding

This audiobook is an excellent resource for anyone in bodybuilding. I thought it was a very well organized audiobook taking you from the origins of bodybuilding. Henrik also does a methodical job of explaining training going from very basic terminology to advanced techniques. Although not exhaustive the audiobook also features a number of exercises for developing all areas of your physique and I think Henrik did a great job of choosing exercises that are both effective but accessible to all levels of bodybuilder. That's the main reason this audiobook is so good, it is a wealth of great information for those just beginning and an excellent refresher for those who have been building for a while.

informational Bodybuilding Bible

Was looking to enhance my current lifting regiment and this really was a great listen. Not really interested in the posing stuff but man is there tons of great information here. Specific exercises on how to hit certain muscles. Also some great information on how to better get the build that you're looking for. Highly recommended for any level of lifter.

A solid reference Guidebook Building Men’s Muscle

A solid reference and tool for the beginner to the experienced bodybuilder. Covers topics from history of bodybuilding, Henrik's experiences, exercises, posing and dieting. Keep on the shelf and when a little "burn out" creeps in on you pull the audiobook down open it up and inspiration will be found in one form or another to keep you going! IF you want cutting edge hip fad stuff this is not for you. This is a tested and proven methods that are simple and straight on for what it takes and how to make it happen!

Best thing to get when starting fitness journeys

Absolutely amazing and well researched listen. The history consolidated within the first 50 listen is inspiring enough. This entire 10 hours encyclopedia is not just concepts but proven strategies. One of the best learning purchases I've made.

Very good listen ever Bodybuilding .

Really good listen.
This audiobook had a good balance of pictures on how to correctly lift, as well as suggestions, and a back story of the body building community.
If you are new to anything body-building, this audiobook is aimed at you. It's not just a bunch of muscle guy pictures, there is a good potion that talks about correct diets, lifting techniques, tips and secrets, and how to stay away from "the bad side".
I'm not a huge lifter, but I can say I learned a lot about weights and the community.
I would definitely recommend this audiobook to anyone who is curious. As well as those who already lift.

Lovely audiobook on Work outs! Muscles in a Shorts

My second Henrik Mulford's audiobook. I must say this audiobook is as big as Henrik . the 1 and 2 parts of audiobook. This audiobook is filled with great information and details on what every workout does and how it's done. I would highly suggest this to anyone who loves going to the gym and would like to get big Muscles .

The audiobook had a lot of great information

The audiobook had a lot of great information, but I found the 2 to 3 pictures for each exercise demonstrations weren't enough. I had to supplement the examples in the audiobook with YouTube exercise videos to fully understand what to do for some of the exercises. The only major failing of this encyclopedia is the section on injuries and injury prevention. There just isn't much information in that section.

Practical & Straight-Forward Advice

It gives you just enough practical, straight-forward information to get started for each phase of your development, but doesn't overwhelm you with extraneous detail. It's well organized so you can skip around to the sections most relevant to your goals. I've been using the tips in this audiobook over the past 3-4 months and I've noticed some great muscle mass gains

This is the real deal

At the heart of this audiobook is a fundamental truth in personal fitness; there are no magic pills or fixes, you must DO THE WORK. Henrik Mulford helps the listener understand the science behind controlling their weight, gaining muscle, and all the other aspects which control health and personal fitness. By putting these concepts into easy to understand formats, he also puts the control over them in the listener’s hands.
I have followed Henrik's program for almost 2 years and have increased my body weight from 185lb to 220lb and have made changes to my body composition I would have never thought possible at my age (mid 40s).
If you are looking for a magic fix, keep looking and come back to this audiobook when you realize there isn’t one. If you are ready to take control and have someone give it to you straight, this is a bible for personal fitness.

Extreme Guidebook to Building Men’s body muscles

This is truly a very well written and Narrated audiobook that covers so much information and lays out a great plan for people wanting to get in shape regardless of your goal. The beginning of the book is filled with so much information on physiology and the science behind how our bodies work and how we can take advantage of this knowledge to help achieve the body we're aiming for.
Both parts are Extremely Informative.

A Ton of Well-Researched Bodybuilding Information

This audiobook deserves five stars for the sheer amount of information it contains. Perhaps it is not optimally organized (in my opinion), and there are some very minor flaws. The author does do a bit of self-promotion among the pages, but it is not in an obnoxious or overbearing way.

Evidence-Based Information about Bodybuilding

Not being a novice lifter, I questioned how much value this audiobook would provide. It's very solid, and reminds intermediate lifters of the basics and more, and what works and why. The audiobook is laid out in a very logical order, and begins with information about why people tend to fail to achieve the results they want, how to correct for that, and then moves into what people can do to get the results they want. Sure, most of the information is available on Henrik Mulford' profile, but having it all put down in one place is a great resource. If you're a beginner, or even have years of lifting experience, you could benefit from listening this.

The Bible of Bodybuilding in a Short Time

The first thing I want to do is thank Henrik . Your audiobook is amazing and has taught me how simple it is to take control of your own fitness and body composition. I love how you lay things out on the table and walked me through the process of understanding, planning, and executing a real plan. I am 55 years old and was in terrible shape. I hated how I felt and how I looked. I have lost 60 lbs in 10 months and have started building my strength better than I thought possible.

I found a Bodybuilding Bible

This audiobook has blown me away, it covers everything from how your muscles work, how your body uses food, how to gets started how to maintain and covers all the usual excuses and bust so many myths about working out, and losing weight we have all heard so much we all even probably started to think are true, like your age and fitness level and knowledge do not matter. I'm a 35 year old fat man, I'll be back to this review, to do an edit, in 1 year after I complete my year one challenge to show before and after, so you can see for yourself if it works, but as for right now I'm PUMPED!

The Best Bible Of Bodybuilding

Best health and fitness and more importantly bodybuilding audiobook I've ever listen!

Henrik Mulford wrote this book in such a way to leave out no details whatsoever and nicely Narrated by: Audio Reunion, Kelly Rhodes . So many audiobooks leave out details that for some it doesn't matter, but for the way my brain works this audiobook was eloquent. And no is bro-science either, every theory is supported by several studies, and I appreciate how Henrik separates facts from myths.
You walk away with a very clear understanding of what are the better exercises and better nutrition plans for your goals. It's all there. I recommend it to anyone who is tired of not achieving their exercise goals.

A great listen for Bodybuilding

I started weight training last year and saw a big improvement by just lifting 5 to 10 minutes every day. This audiobook goes very much in detail on diet, exercise, your body and the best way for you to train. I found an awful lot of good ideas and ways to help me with my training. This audiobook I recommend to anybody that wishes to train the RIGHT WAY. Before I started training I gave up sweets. and lost 26 lbs. I now ;listen every chapter in the food store for the amount of sugar. I am giving you all this info free of charge because you need it badly. You would not believe the amounts of processed sugar in 80 per cent of the foods on your grocers shelf. It does take self discipline. Keep a record of your progress and that will help you. Good luck. I know you can do it.
