blessed

super informative, easy to listen too with a bunch of references and recommended apps, didn't expect that but it's fluent and up to date whilst incorporating all the important bits!
really enjoyed it and listened to it all in on sitting and then jumped too and from in the second to make sure I got certain bits of info haha.

brilliant book

Very easy to listen to, perfect for a beginner's insight to Buddhism. I listened to it in 1 sitting and I was captivated by it! I would recommend this audiobook to anyone curious about Buddhism.

Great introduction to Buddhism

This is the first book I have read regarding Buddhism and feel it has left me feeling calm, knowledgable and eager to learn more. The more I read the more I wanted to practice this way of living. I look forward to learning more and leading a happier, calmer life.
