I thought this summer would be all lazy mornings, late-night gaming, and zero drama at my best friend's house.

Then his ex-con big brother comes home on parole.

I'm told to stay away from him.

I'm told he's dangerous.

That he'll only bring me pain.

I like a little danger in my life, though. I like a little pain, too, and from the moment he lays eyes on me, it's clear he'll give me both.

Maybe everyone is right about him.

Maybe his heart is as black as his fists are bloody.

But I don't know if I can stay away. And I don't know if he'll let me.

Bruised is a best friend's brother MM romance about a flustered goth boy who just wants to stay out of trouble and the tempting ex-con who keeps pulling him back in. It's the first book in Wrecked & Wrong, a series of interconnected standalones set in Portland, Oregon.

Great story! Really great narration! Love the voices. Sweet and spicy. A little romantic and some suspense. Lots to love.

Great all around.

I don’t often give 5 stars but this one has earned it! I just loved it!

I liked this story. Did blow me away, no, but I enjoyed it and I liked the characters. I would have liked it to be more gritty and dirtier but that’s just me 🤭 I would recommend it as it’s a nice listen and the narrator did a great job x

Bruised - a good overall story

Had this on my calendar as of Devon Ryder narrates I’m all in and as always perfection and Silas hart was also fab! That being said I really liked Mason and found Lane and Oliver a tad annoying. Not the narrators fault but Mason was the heart of this book for me and I loved him and while I still wanted them to be together ( might be an age thing but ) but Mason was my absolute favourite. All of that being said I really liked it and live in hope for a book that Devon Ryder and Grayson Owen’s do. But 5 star. X

Really enjoyed it!
