Chapter 8 seems to be missing - instead it plays a chapter (chapter 6) from Winter Prey

This is a great addition to the Lucas Davenport series, but this audio download is faulty. As some reviewers have already pointed out, Chapter eight is missing and instead chapter six of Winter Prey plays. I tried reporting this via the Audible chat option and the person (it was a person) just kept asking me to delete and re-download the audiobook then the app. They seemed unable to grasp that I was trying to report a fault on the download itself. After a very slow and frustrating half hour message conversation I gave up.

Such a shame that there seems to be no path to reporting these kinds of issues. Leaving a review seems to be the only option.
