I was fortunate to meet Rebecca years ago and she sparked an interest in breathwork that has quite literally changed my life.
When she first told me about how beneficial it was I was skeptical.... I was really unwell at the time and on very strong medication.
However, the way she explained breathwork to me, stuck with me.
I cannot recommend her books highly enough.
Put in the work to practice her methods and you will be rewarded ten-fold.

After traumatic family bereavements due to Covid, this book showed me how to restore my life and gave me the tools to help myself regain my sanity. I have bought her other book and am now listening to podcasts of hers on Audible. Rebecca, I don't know you but will be forever in your debt. I now start each day listening to and doing breathing exercises

This is a brilliant book with an in-depth introduction to breathing including how to breath physically and what parts of the body we should use, how breathing can support us through life’s challenges including stress, anxiety and depression and so much more. It includes amazing exercises which you can turn to and if you like me you listen to it on Audible, you can add a bookmark to turn to easily.

If you have done mindfulness and meditation in the past then this book will be extremely effective. I had a basic understanding of the importance of breathing, however after reading this book I realised the impact this can have on both our bodies physically and mental health.

Rebecca has a gentle calm voice which also adds to the amazing experience of listening to this book.

If you are suffering from anxiety, stress, trauma, depression and other mental health issues then I would highly recommend this book for you.
