Summary

Henry Wolf is a deliciously wicked, sinfully handsome man who has done a very bad thing. Potentially.

Worse, he owns me now - every inch of my body and a sizeable chunk of my stupid, naïve heart. And he's made it clear that if I want to keep my job and stay in Alaska, I'm stuck catering to his every whim and wish - both in the hotel and in his bedroom - while I wait for the potential fiery media circus ring that will no doubt drag my reputation into the gutter along with his, should his past discretions surface.

I will not surrender to his demands, not when I have dirt to hold over his head. If I have the guts to blackmail him, that is. Something warns me that going through with it will have disastrous consequences for my heart.

Contains mature themes.

2.5 stars

Soooo much high school drama. Warning - there’s other partners for the heroine. Mixed feelings about this book in the end. Looked up the reviews for the next book and I think it gets worse with the drama so I’ll give it a miss.

Brilliant!

In Break Me (Wolf Hotel #2) Abbi is so much sassier and I absolutely loved it! Her relationship with Ronan and Connor is very hot and a great twist to the storyline. I’m so happy Ronan gets his own book (The Wolf Hotel #5), he's just as irresistible and sexy as Henry. I highly recommend this fantastic series!

Henry & Abbi; Michael & Abbi; Ronan-Abbi-Connor

*****Spoiler Alert*****

Audible review. Single POV (Abbi's). Book 2 of 5 in the Wolf Hotel series (book 5 is 'Ronan'). The narrator does a great job. I listened at speed 1.25. The word "mama" is still over used. Trigger warnings: XXX (light bondage; voyeurism; MFF & MFM; @n@l play), cheating, false allegations of rape, and a farm accident.

Henry Wolf and Abigail Margaret Mitchell (21; aka Abbi/Abs) are continuing their secret affair while Abbi is Henry's assistant. Henry is fighting a lawsuit and possible jail time with his former assistant so they're trying to keep their relationship a secret from Henry's dad. Ronan Clarence Lyle is introduced. Scott (Henry's older brother) is revealed as a snake, going behind Henry's back and sabotaging him. Abbi believes Henry slept with a reporter and had a 3-some with the reporter and another woman so Abbi sleeps with Michael (one of the hotel's masseurs). When Henry finds out what Abbi did he immediately sends Michael away. Henry and Abbi fight, Abbi tries to blackmail Henry, Henry hurts her with a lie, blackmails her into staying in Alaska then leaves for 8 weeks. While Henry is gone Connor & Ronan become Abbi's closest friends, Ronan & Abbi are intimate then a few days later Ronan, Abbi and Connor are all together in the hotel's work truck (HOT!!!). Within a few days of Abbi finally moving on from Henry Henry returns to the hotel. The next day Abbi gets a call that her father's been injured, Henry flies with her to her hometown, flies a leading trauma surgeon in to perform her dad's surgery, the two finally come clean with each other and agree to really try a relationship. Orgasm race, that's a first 😳 Wow the "good girl" h is going all out. This book has brought about sooo many conflicting emotions and not sure how I feel about the characters.
Warning for cheating.

There is way too much all over the place sex and no communication. I absolutely can not! Both main characters are immature a sleep with everyone at the drop of a hat.

Will not be reading the rest of the series

(Spoiler alert) The main protagonist of this book annoys me so much that I don’t think I can go on with this series. She is constantly making terrible decisions and is so immature but thinks she’s all grown up. This book wasn’t what I signed up for, being that Henry wasn’t even in it and I was stuck listening to Beavis and Butthead the whole time. If Abby wasn’t so whiny, I’d probably try to push through and read the rest of the books but I just can’t listen to her complain about her “natural D breasts” one more time 🙄 I’m really surprised KA Tucker wrote this honestly

HOT Romance!

“You should know by now that I love making a woman scream, but not from pain. And I love making a woman shake, but not from fear.”⁣

It’s been a minute since I read book one but I am back to the Wolf Hotel series and HOT dang this story is so erotic and sinfully sexy that I was fanning myself over and over again. I switched to the audiobook this time and the narration by Avery Reid was fantastic! She really brought the scorching hot book to life, making me eager to get back to Abbi and Henry’s crazy love affair with each chapter.⁣

And ohhhh Abbi, you dirty, dirty girl, she is definitely gaining her experience during her time at Wolf Cove. This book took an unexpected turn and sees Abbi exploring her sexuality in ways that certainly upped the steam factor! I had to check around me while grocery shopping to make sure no one could hear the scorching hot scenes. Abbi is still gaining her confidence and definitely lets her emotions lead her to make some rash decisions, but her growth during this book had her gaining confidence in all aspects of her life. If you are looking for a seriously hot and sexy series, definitely check this one out!⁣

“Whether we want to admit it or not, don’t we all secretly pine over the hope that the man will fall head over heels for us, grow weak with lack of control, not be able to stop thinking about us”
