Thorough and practical

This book was very well read and should be easily understood by those wanting to understand what a brand is and how to develop and maintain one. It's incredibly practical giving actual examples rather than just concepts which can be beneficial given the intangible nature of 'brand'.

This book is incredibly comprehensive and visually engaging. I think it's a "must" for both students and professionals. An incredible tool for the aspiring brand professional, small business or really any person or entity working to create a plan around branding and logo identity.

Don't waste your time

For anyone with an ounce of business experience this book will be a complete waste of time. It is full of silly and basic superlatives with very few meaningful examples or Analyses. While easy to understand it is not very well written.

well done

It's clear and concise so you don't need an MBA to decode it. Make sure you have a fresh clean notebook ready to go when you sit down with Branding Basics. It gets straight to the point of things to get you into action around your business, non-profit, or hobby immediately and you are left with so much clarity going forward.

Amazing Marketing Guide

I loved listening to this book. I can listen to it over and over again and still pick up new information each time. Its not a book that will become outdated overtime. It goes over the basis and foundation of marketing so you can understand the logic and how to grow and change with your own company.

Overall a great place to start

As far as brand identity, this book nails putting that piece together. I feel like it doesn't go too far into bleeding edge branding strategies, such as some of those that affect the tech space and don't fit into traditional product or service strategies. To be fair though, that's probably for a different book.

Great book!
