Neurotransmittors

Dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin are important parts of our brain, and it's our job to keep a constant flow of those substances going. This book touches well on those topics.

The brain is complex and we often react to the chemicals in it. Our emotions are well explained and the substances that form those.

Interesting to learn more about it

I discovered more about neurotransmitters, like dopamine and endorphins, and I think this is a good guide. Sometimes, it got a little complicated, but overall good.

Fun and not so funny

This was a serious book, as you could expect from the cover, and it contains so much good information that you'll think you will die. Hahaha!

I've seen books like this

But this one is by far the best on the topic of neurotransmitters and the things we experience every day.

Not too bad

I discovered a lot simply by soaking all of it up. The info was excellent, especially if you already understand a little about the issue. Really, you can know nothing about it and still follow along easily.

Basic but useful

It's a good summary of four main neurotransmitters.Quick and useful.
I recommend it, if you already are knowledgeable about neuroanatomy probably it won't be of your interest

Montgomery Jameson

The author of this book is pretty clever. He knows exactly what to cover in his topics.
