Wonderful in the way it describes the differences between boundaries and control; setting and defending boundaries. Easy listening.
I minuses one star of the story because affirmations should not include the word "NOT" because of drawing the mind to that very thing, that you are stating you don't want.

I enjoyed the content immensely But I didn’t enjoy the narration. It felt old fashioned and poor quality to me. I thought it has been recorded it 1988 not 2018.

Adleyn's book is beautifully written. Everything she talks about makes complete sense. I wish I had read it before I entered a deeply wounding and abusive relationship.

Great book. Concise guide if you have had a pathological relationship. Just wish that authors would recognise its not just women who experience pathological relationships and alternate him and her, so that men who have experienced these relationships feel included.
