Summary

One minute I was a courier for criminals, making ends meet so I could take care of my little brother; the next, four stunningly hot Norse gods had brought me back from the dead with wings sprouting from my back and a whole set of valkyrie powers. I guess that's just how life goes sometimes.

Too bad our victory over our supernatural enemies turned out to be a farce. The divine home I thought I'd receive is a trap instead - a trap that's slowly closing in on us, dredging up every painful moment from our pasts.

Can I trust these tempting godly men now that I've seen how many secrets they've kept from me? And what am I going to do if I have to face my own darkest horrors all over again? I'd better figure that out fast. Because I'm Aria Watson, and I will not be broken.

Contains mature themes.

A little slow

I enjoyed the first book in the series but this one although not bad seemed to drag on with the story advancing very little.

Series is great

I enjoyed this book more than the first. More character & world building..learning more about each character & what may lay ahead. Looking forward to book 3.

Love this series!

I love this series! The Norse mythology is amazing and Ari is such a strong main character with quite a bit of sass. A must read and great to listen to!

Another yes

Wow, just wow. I wasn’t sure where the story was going to go next after the first book. So happy to get more details on the God’s pasta and why they are where they are. So good! So worth it!!

Oh... and the narrators sound damn good too. That’s always a plus!! ☺️

Book 2, story gets better!

Wow! this story is addictive! Narrators pull you in deep, bringing everything to life! The story it's self has so much detail, but I love it even more in audio form. if you enjoy RH stories this is a great one.

Soft core porn

I really liked the idea behind this book but I prefer to not listen to soft core porn all day. Book one wasn’t as bad but there’s definitely a full on orgy in book two in full detail. I’m not a prude but I listen to books while doing every day tasks and it’s just not the time or place to listen to that allllllllll day. Other then that story was entertaining and the narrator did a good job going from character to character
