omg the female voice

only 40minutes Into the story, I don't like the female voice. she would be great for an older female but not for someone in 20s. the male is matched great. can't put it down because this book ties into the others and I don't want to miss details.

Narrators detracted from story

The story was great. I’m loving this series of books. Unfortunately the male narrator kind of ruined it for me. All of a sudden Ravage MC has the tone and accent of a New York monster. I felt like he was in an episode of the Sopranos, not in Sumner Georgia. I would’ve enjoyed this way more with different narrators.

need better narrator

Austin's narrative voice sounded too old like old grandma old. not sure but for me narrators can make or break an audible book experience.

When did the club move to Brooklyn???

Story's good, love the series, but I can't listen to anymore of this. The male narrator is a terrible fit, and moved the story from Georgia to Brooklyn, and his female characters? No. Just no. Cringed every time. Female narrator is just ok, but was way too... bouncy? Can't really describe it, but it didn't work for me, and the older characters (ie, 40-somethings) often sound like grannies.

Struggled through this one

I’ve loved all the Ravage MC book working n the second series and have enjoyed watching the kids have their turns in the spotlight. With that said this book was incredibly hard to get through because of the narrators. They did not fit the characters at all! I muscled through because I’m so invest at this point into this series that I didn’t want to skip a book. The female narrators sounded like an elderly person. Nothing against elderly people but the character was in her 20s! It was awful! The male narrator sounded like he would be better at narrating a book about Boston or New York mobsters not bikers in Georgia! The story in itself was a good one just like all the others in this series. I hope they re-record this book because it was just THAT bad.

The Narration is the absolute worst

The story took a long time to set up and that may have been a result of the awful narration, both the female and male narrators were irritating. It was especially irritating when the male imitated a female voice - it was AWFUL.

I like it

This book was a great addition to the series. If you have not listened to previous books you should. This book would still be good but the back story makes it more. I don't have any complaints about the narrator's I think they did a great job. I'm not sure if the person who said it felt like New York was listening to this book. There was an accent but I don't think it was a strong accent and in no way did it take away from the story.

Was torn by the Heroine/Hero storyline

Where do I start. I wasn't convinced that a daughter of Princess would have this delayed reaction to her circumstances. This character grew up in the MC, so being quiet about an act of violence against her and the Ravage family does not appear true to form. Princess's daughter told no one what happened to her, not even her best friend. She doesn't tell either brother to prove her independence....she was so ashamed of her situation she never went to the father that adores her. Nope did not feel right to me. Also, the male narrator was exceptable but the female was not appealing to me.

Loved it!!

Thus was a great book!! Austin was strong but everyone has their breaking point. She carries a dark secret that is eating her alive. Ryker has always lived Austin but he was afraid she was to young. When tragedy strikes he can’t stay away. Can they overcome this
