Bound by Magic by Sadie Moss is a reverse harem paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Heather Firth. This is the first book in the Magic Awakened Series.

This is the first book of Sadie’s that I have read and it definitely won’t be my last. I really enjoyed the slow-burn romance between Lana, Akio, Fenris, Jae, and Corin. The book does end on a cliffhanger but that wasn’t much of a surprise since its part of a series. I can’t wait to listen to the second book in the series Game Of Lies.

Heather did a great job on the narration. She really knows how to bring a story to life.

I would recommend this book if you like Paranormal/Fantasy Romance, Slow-Burn Romance, or Reverse Harems.

What great world building. This is the second book by this author I’ve read, and I’ve loved them both. Although it’s a reverse harem, there is no intimate encounters in this book. It’s more about her getting to know herself and developing feelings for the four. It’s a great slow burn. I’m pretty sure the next books in the series will be more sexy. So if your looking for something that’s very graphic, I’m pretty sure just wait. But don’t skip this one, it does a fine job of world building and setting things up. The narrator was new to me. I liked most of her renditions of characters voices except, Christine. It’s great that she changed her tone for the different voices it gave them personality. It does leave ya hanging, so be prepared to want book two. Overall, I think this is a great first in the series with solid narration.

This is a great story! There is a ton of character building and the plot is unique. There is a lot of mystery and intrigue. The romance between the female MC and her guys is on a very low simmer. This book is more about building trust, world building and progressing the plot line. You've got to be in it for the long haul with this one!

Heather Firth did a great job with her narration. I enjoyed listening to her and her male and female voices were good. She was able to bring enough variation to help make each character unique.

This is book 2 in the series . Have not listened to book 1 but I really enjoyed book 2 This is the first full novel of the series with a small prequel novella before There are lots of twists and turns that will have you listening till the very end wondering how things turn out
Heroine is Lana. Heros are Akio, Fenris and Jae and Corin.
Something devastating happened to all the magical beings , they were almost wiped out . Lana finds something out , that she’s not just normal but she is gifted . Lana and her four mates join something, fighting for equality for all the classes. . Grab it and see if Lana and her mates succeed .

Heather Firth was great telling this story . Her voice was strong, smooth and clear . She did all the characters good

The story managed to keep my attention throughout the book, although it has a very slow paced. know it's a slow burn, but it's not just the romance, it's the whole story, it doesn't kept me on edge or wondering what was going to happen.
The slow burn "romance" was ok because they are just getting to know each other so things between them don't feel rushed, I actually quite like how their relationship is building.

The narration by Heather Firth was pretty good, she has a good paced and distinctive voices for each of the characters.

Overall it was a good story with a really well done narration and would be listening to the next books to know more about everyone.
