Great summary!

Great job simplifying all the important points of the main book. Still keeping many examples, which were very helpful

Clarifying and to the point

I like that this summarized the original book with the main bullet points in a quick manner. It helps remember them better. I feel like I will listen to this many times because of its short length.

Well done.

Having read the full book and taken the course, I can attest that this is a well-done summary. The audio is done in a natural way and is easy to follow. I recommend this one as a summary for Crucial Conversations.

Good refresher

I've read the entire original book & loved it. This was a good refresher of the key points. I don't think this summary would have been as useful if this was the first time I was hearing the concepts though.

A Solid Summary with a helpful PDF

I really enjoyed this summary of Crucial Conversations. It is detailed enough to where I felt I was not missing out on the content of the actual book but condensed enough that the time was manageable. I listed to the book on my morning commute. It also did not have a lot of the grammatical errors that plague other summary books. I would recommend it.

Not what I thought it would be at all.

More like an ad for the book. Lame and a waste of money, thought it would give me a summary of the book. Nope!
