When I read an Emily Henry novel I always feel a particularly undignified kind of jealousy, because I wish I'd written it. Book Lovers is no different: I loved every page, every line. It's so smart, so funny and so sexy. Nora and Charlie have sizzling chemistry - they even make discussing a contract hot. Readers are going to fall head over heels for these two (Beth O'Leary, author of The Roadtrip)

A great fun read with good banter for the MFC/MMC and a sweet romance build. Alongside a cracking sibling subplot. Sweet but nothing particularly epic (hence 4 stars not 5). Narration brilliant; Julie Whelan always a winner 5/5.

Emily Henry is an autobuy author for me. Her writing just sucks me in and this book no was exception. I loved how real and authentic this was. It was such an effortless read with so much soul. I really liked the big city vs small town vibe of the story and the little backstories we get along the way. The romance had a great slow burn and the story sizzled with chemistry the whole way. The romance wasnt thw front and center of this story. It was a great story about family, sacrifices and loss too. Great characters and a great story and I can't wait for more. Loved the audio. Julia Whelan has to be one of my favourite female narrators her voice is so adaptable.
