Fast paced and furious

The story is all about horseracing and one man’s obsession - with his son. Although the story is gripping and the characters interesting, the abridgment is so severe that it takes on more of an air of fantasy than thriller.

An Definite "Buy" During Audible's Sale!

Excellent BBC casting and performances make this a true bargain, especially when offered at discount during Audible's seasonal sales. The son of a hospitalized horse trainer assumes temporary management of the family stables, only to face extortion, murder and other unmanageable ills! Naturally, in good Francis fashion, redemption wins out.
