Cate finds herself lost in both the middle of her worst nightmare and then happiness when one of her biggest hopes is confirmed....but she cannot celebrate until she solves the nightmare that has engulfed her life. We should never doubt Cate, Tessa or Henry and their determination or ability to solve even the most twisted of crimes.
I listened to this on Audible with Kindle Unlimited and look forward to book 10.

What a wonderful story in this wonderful ongoing series. Full of drama and suspense. Can’t wait to read and listen to the next book now. Fabulous narration too

Unfortunately, despite another good book in this series, the narration spoilt this for me.

The characters all sounded the same - there was no real difference between male and female voices. The primary characters in this series are relatively young (late twenties/early thirties) but the voice of the narrator ages them significantly. Not that the narrator can do anything about this clearly, but the casting of Christine Williams to this book didn’t work in my opinion.

Didn’t like this one much. I found the narration annoying (just didn’t like her voice) and the overall story very boring. Also, detested Kate, she is a very annoying fmc.
The mystery was good enough,
The best part is that it was on KU with free audio included.
