About this listen

Body Thrive applies the most essential teachings of Ayurveda into a modern life by decoding the teachings into habits. Ayurveda is the perennial body wisdom tradition that co-arose with yoga, the path of living awake. Here lies a simple body habits curriculum that every person can learn as a child, master as an adult, and refine as an elder for their body to thrive.

So many things are over ridden by convenience and lack of time. This book has taught me to find my beauty from the inside out, my selfworth and how to keep mine and family’s health first. Sharing all knowledge with loved ones along the way. True Health is our Wealth. Brilliant book. I applaud the author.

I’d like to buy the book now and read it myself. The narrator, although very clear, sounded like a droid. I honestly did not think it was a real person.

The actual book is amazing and gives simple changes to increase life force, happiness and health. It all made wonderful sense.

Terrible narration but fabulous content

Really interesting book breaking down ayurveda but contains lots of repetition. Poorly put together as the narrator's repeats sentences to do additional takes - that whoever had edited has missed. At one point you even hear the narrator cursing herself for messing up! poor show! really takes away from the book.

Really badly edited. Contains multiple outtakes.
