I have tried many books about body language but in my humble honest opinion this is the best.
Why?
because of the real life case studies!
Everything it teaches you is based on real life.
Nothing unrealistic.

Saw a recommendation to this for people who want to increase general social skills as well as just being fascinating about body language in general. Glad I followed the recommendation, just finished it, loved it, will listen again very soon.
