I am sure it will be abig help.

I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure / High Blood Sugar and bought this book for the information it has about natural ways to lower my Blood Pressure. There is much more apart the Blood Pressure, as Dash Diet and Self Discipline etc. Very informative.

A big help.

My family has a history of high blood pressure. So we are all taking caring of what we eat since we have a big possibility to have it as well. But for our older ones, parents, aunties and uncles, they are not fortunate enough, because they have it already. And so when I saw this book, I got interested and downloaded it right away. The instructions are easy to follow since they are step by step and I am sure it will be a big help.

Fact check before you implement your strategy .

I'm giving it four stars because I can see that the author put some work into it. However, on the approved foods list Avocado has been researched to raise blood pressure. This fact has been researched by Louise Jiannes, Freddie Masterson who has published several health encyclopedias on all diseases.

I find the advice found in this book as very sound. It pays to take care of one's health. It pays to look after one's blood pressure, Self-Discipline. This book provides everything. It talks about what to do when you are easing again to live healthier. I like the recipes too. I cannot get enough because yeah, healthier is better. It is an investment too.

The solutions in this book do work.

I am always curious about one star reviews. Unfortunately for this book, the one star reviews were in relation to NOT getting the download. To me, this is sad because it is a reflection of the medium they tried to download to VS the actual content of the book. In checking in with my relative...it has been more than 30 days and his blood pressure is down to normal readings. This book does provide solutions, I will continue to recommend it to others.
