I started to feel a burden lift just by reading the book. I also like how the habits are clearly outlined and separated so you can take note and work on the ones you need to. I did find one or two things a little extreme like throwing out the tv all together, but just like she has her opinions I have mine

Awesome Narration

working as much as i do and supporting my family keeps a lot going through my mind and i was not always able to relax. my partner even started to take on my bad habits. but since reading this we have had more good times then bad, we are enjoying each other’s company again and have more fun. i a more focused at work and even starting to make more commissions!!! this is the best

Helpful Book

Such a good book for me. Everyone suffers with stress at once in their life unfortunately but if we all had access to a book like this I really don't think it would be so bad. I've only skimmed through some of the ideas but I am hoping to sit and have a good read of all the different methods.

Great Book

Great Compliment

Originally, this book caught my eye when Alan Christianson was discussing, on the author the need to reset how we were eating to best manage our cortisol level. I don't have a weight problem at this momement but knew I wasn't eating enough. I needed to make some adjustments. I was waking up hungry.

Highly Recommended

Great book and author, no crazy weird stuff, just a down to earth way to eat daily, backed by science. Both my wife is in our late fifties and followed it together and we have never felt more energy and health so quickly, within weeks... I'm never hungry between meals, I also lost 10lbs without trying
