When Vera finds out that her father for the sake of his business has arranged for her to marry a dangerous and disrespectful. Vera takes action and find away out of this arrangement. At a masked ball she hooks up with a sexy stranger, to her horror she finds out the hot stranger is new boss Nico the man she hates. But Vera puts her dislike for Nico and comes up with a plan for the business and to get her out the arranged marriage. Agreeing to marry each other solves all the problems. But soon Vera finds herself falling for husband. But Nico had another reason for marrying Vera and that is one of revenge.

We have angst, drama, and heat. Perfect.
