Publisher's Summary

Part autobiography, part self-help, part confession, part celebration of being a common-or-garden woman, part collection of synonyms for nunny, Sarah Millican's debut audiobook delves into her super normal life with daft stories, funny tales and proper advice on how to get past life's blips - like being good at school but not good at friends, the excitement of IBS and how to blossom postdivorce.

If you've ever worn glasses at the age of six, worn an off-the-shoulder gown with no confidence, been contacted by an old school bully, lived in your childhood bedroom in your 30s, been gloriously dumped in a Frankie and Benny's, cried so much you felt great, been for a romantic walk with a dog or worn leggings two days in a row even though they smelt of wee from a distance, then this is your audiobook. If you haven't done those things but wish you had, this is your audiobook. If you just want to laugh on a train/sofa/toilet or under your desk at work, this is your audiobook.

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying reference material will be available in your Library section along with the audio.

    "Was never going to disappoint!!!"

A honest a humourous account of how Sarah came to be (Choice words included) one of the UK's best comedians. Funny throughout.

    "5 Champion Stars"

One of the most enchanting women reads one of the sweetest autobiographies.

Sarah welcomes you into her life through food, jokes, honest storytelling, animals and a little self help advice.

We often see Comedians put out interesting and funny books. This is the one that you need to actually pick up and take home.

The audio narration, editing and production was top notch. Highly recommend.

    "Champion!"

What could be better than having Sarah Millican herself reading her autobiography? Answer: nothing!
A very entertaining book written and read in Sarah’s own inimitable style. Full of laughs and surprisingly thoughtful moments, Sarah narrates her way through her own unique thoughts on life, which actually reflect most people’s points of view.
I loved it, but then I love Sarah Milligan’s own brand of down to earth humour. Long may she continue to stand up for the cake lovers of this country!

What a smasher! Loved every word. Cheered my days and help me fall asleep smiling. Thank you Sarah for your honesty and humour. I don’t drink, eat cheese or have children and now I feel Champion!

    "Champion of Feelings"

    Thank you for this book.
I’ve never been a self help book sort of person but this was full of statements and sentiments I needed to hear.
I know this is a book I’ll listen to again and again.
It made me want to howl laughing but as I was listening on a walk through Edinburgh I didn’t want to be that crazy person. I did smile over enthusiastically to my fellow walkers though!
    Thank you Sarah xx

"Funny, humane, Intelligent, modest - oh and funny "

From one of the best comedians of recent times, this book is a personal and deeply felt memoire which really captures Millican's personality - her strengths and her foibles. Written in a very accessible way and read by the author herself, this was a wonderful listen. I want her to be my friend.
