Summary

This is Moss Side, Manchester, during the 1960s and '70s as seen through the eyes of an Irish Traveller child. It depicts a community rich with diversity, humour and warmth. This book I would have given five stars to had I read it. But the narrator went from talking like she just stepped out of Knightsbridge,then Irish ,then a total maniac. It’s a good story ruined
