Glad it was free
What a complete waste of time, if there's a dozen mentions of golf in this I'd be shocked a lot of calming music good for sending you to sleep but nothing to improve your golf.

Does exactly what it says
I listened to chapter 1 the night before I played a match that I won easily. It was only after my round that I reflected on the fact that I was literally zoned into my shots and nothing was perturbing me. I kept track of my Stableford score and was 10 points better than my handicap after 13 holes!!
As an added bonus my wife who doesn't play golf told me the music was very relaxing and she slept very well.

Nothing!
Got nothing to improve or better my golf game.
Ocean sounds and chimes with little motivational language, much less relevant references to the game of golf. Pretty sure this whole series of tapes are the same except they change the subject topic. This one is better golf, next is better tennis, better baseball, better cooking , so on and so on. Where do I get a refund!
