Story - Merrick/Nightmare/Cay is a delightful character who is at once a sweet golden retriever type and a vigilante with a dark show where the bad guys are literally tortured and unalived. The MCs were attracted to each other very quickly, and although there were more than enough issues to work through, they fit together well. The side characters were really appealing. I'm looking forward to more books by this pen-name.
