Performs purpose perfectly
I really enjoy the range of stories included; there are exerts from some of my favourite books. Beautifully and soothingly narrated to really calm the mind. It is just what I was looking for. Only issue is I'm personally not a great poetry lover and find these short bursts a little boring. However, they're often less than a minute so I can't complain too much.

Not what I was expecting
The stories are of various lengths and some are a bit too ‘lively’ for bedtime.
I don’t understand why these are stories for stressed out adults because the content does not reflect that at all

It wakes you up
It’s awful - it’s stressful and it wakes you up. It’s the worst book for sleeping I’ve listened to.

Enjoyed listening.
A really eclectic mix of stories and excerpts, some of them took me right back to bedtime as a child. Bound to be something for every listener.

Sound mix terrible
Stories are lovely and the narrators are talented but every story goes from so quiet you can't hear it, to so loud it jolts you awake. Found myself constantly changing the volume and losing concentration on both the stories and trying to relax.
