How is this restful???

A bedtime story in a soft gentle voice is relaxing. (Try The Tea Shoppe, an Audible Original.) The maddening back ground 'music' in this book was Irritating and distracting, often loud enough to nearly drown out the narrator. ugh! I couldn't bear it after 10 minutes.
