Keeps repeating sentences over and over.
I loved the idea of this, but every story repeats the same sentences over and over again. Not relaxing at all, sounds like a glitch in the recording.

I’m not 6 years old
I’ve only got as far as 2nd story, and don’t wish to listen to anymore. Adult stories! The tone of the talking is aimed at a child’s bedtime story, I couldn’t stand listening to anymore.

The first story about death and abuse. And the next story about a butt. What in the world? This was a horrible book. I couldn't even continue the second story.

Not what I expected
I was disappointed by the stories. They were described as stress reducing but the topics were narrow and actually caused me stress. I didn’t want to hear bible stories or life lessons and that is what this audible book delivers. I made a bad choice for myself but the description and the title of this book threw me off. Maybe you’ll like it if you like bible stories at bedtime. Not for me though.

Weird. Terrible.
The stories are Grimm fairy tales (at least the first two...I stopped listening halfway through the second story). The stories seem like maybe they were poorly translated? In the first one, they refer to the Queen's daughter as "him" and speak of "his" fortune...later the sons say that if the come across a girl, they will kill him. It's jarring. Some segments repeat 3 times for no reason. Later the narrator refers to the eleven brothers several times not as "the eleven" but as "the elves." (I looked up the actual story just to make sure that there are no elves in this story). The second story skips a whole section, so that it does doesn't make sense. And again there are parts that repeat for no reason (again I checked against the original to make sure the section isn't supposed to repeat). The stories are not remotely relaxing in themselves, and all the mistakes just make them annoying. Pass this one up!

NIGHTMARE!
Why would we be subjected to horror stories when we are trying to unwind and be lulled off to sleep? Hunting and killing boys?Coffins prepared for boys to be killed if the queen gave birth to son #13? Why??? Narration leaves much to be desired. I would recommend that the author listens and confirms that reading is accurate to author’s written words. I never write reviews, but last night I was very highly disturbed by what I was hearing. I waited to see if it was a joke but unfortunately it continued to gross me out. Had a difficult time getting to sleep.

Terrible
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone if they're trying to relax into sleep. a waste of money.
