Poorly written stories, hard to relax to, fake 5* reviews

Pretty sure looking at the wording of the majority of 5 star reviews they are fake. The narrator reads the stories way too fast to relax into them and the sensory language is not enough to paint the picture. Really disappointed.

It was a great tool for me.

I've used too many things to count...

... trying to find a way to fall to sleep without medications. So far I've not been awake longer than any of these 20 minute stories! Guided meditations are great but sometimes I find myself still awake at the end.

made me feel MORE stressed

Starts off by painting scenarios that are extremely stressful in every story. All I wanted to hear was description of a flowing stream or idyllic pasture. I start listening and all I hear are descriptions of stressful situations and I start fumbling around getting furious that it's waking me up more and making me more stressed thinking about problems of the world. Could not wait to delete this from my phone.

Not what I expected

I got this to help me sleep.After a long intro and disclaimer, the story began. It was not relaxing at all and kind of sounded like new age you are wonderful nonsense.. I had to turn it off because it was distracting and annoying,in my opinion😎

Effective book on meditation

I enjoyed the stories in the books and I found them helpful to help me fall asleep. The book was spot on in helping me relax. Lucy has done a great job here.
