Summary

They call me "The Beast" for a reason.

Locked away in my cold, dark mansion overlooking the treacherous cliffs that haunt me, I want for nothing...except her. The moment she set foot in my lair, her fate was sealed. I will claim her, make her mine....

I'll be her daddy.

Annabelle:

He can buy anything he wants. He wants me.

He's a wealthy, domineering recluse; I'm dirt poor. He's accomplished and sophisticated; I'm a 20-year-old virgin. But I can't say no.

To get closer to him, I will sacrifice everything - my freedom, my heart...my innocence. The attraction between us leaves me begging, and when he's done with me....

I'll be daddy's good little girl.

A fairy tale

Beauty's Daddy was a naughty adult version of Beauty and the Beast. Steamy journey of a young girl to the realms of passion and lust and ultimately love. A hardened beast of a man who falls for an innocent girl.
An entertaining story with HEA.

Both narrators did a good job. I enjoyed their performance.

Taboo Treat

A sweet story of a broken man and a woman who was in need of a daddy. Its taboo and has spankings so if you aren't okay with listening to that you might want to skip it. If you aren't bothered by it then I definitely recommend this.

Yes, Daddy!

What an erotic and sexy story. I loved it from the beginning all the way to the end. The characters were likable and the story line was interesting. The duet narration was very well done. They both did an amazing job bringing this story to life. I would highly recommend this book.

Sexy retelling of an old favorite

I originally read the print version of Jane Henry’s Beauty’s Daddy and found it a very creative take on the well know story and oh so sexy. I was curious as to how well it would work as an audio. It works quite well. Gunnar Qualen and Jenna St. Claire’s narration brought an exciting energy to the story doing a great job with the narration.
When Annabelle literally runs into Sawyer, little did she know that her life was forever changed, so was his. The plot had twists and turns that kept me riveted to the very end.

A Beauty & Beast Story

This isn’t your typical Beauty & Beast story, this one is much steamer! I enjoyed the dual narrative, and the authors way of letting you into Annabelle’s and Sawyer’s head. It gives you more of a complete picture of how tormented Sawyer is, and the confusion that Annabelle feels. The ending is great and a HEA.

Beauty & Her Very Own Beast! 4.5 Enjoyable Stars!

Jane Henry’s dark & dirty take on the classic Beauty & the Beast. It is a well written and well told story with interesting storylines and some nice twists. The characters are well developed, Annabelle was a bit naive, not knowing what she was getting herself into, but she adapted quickly. Sebastian, the beastly reclusive billionaire, has issues and appears to be dark and twisted. Annabelle manages to break the barriers he has around his heart. Can he be her Prince Charming? This is an entertaining, fast paced story with some D/s scenes and a lot of heart.

I listened to the Audible edition, Gunnar Qualen and Jenna St. Claire did a terrific job narrating and telling the story. They perform all the voices and bring the characters to life from the pages to your ears. Thanks for an entertaining listen.

Book 1

The author gave Beauty and the Beast a very naughty twist! and a whole new meaning . She made me long for me to find my own beast. A tormented beast who knows exactly how to treat a woman.

Modern Day Beast!

Any time there is a rendition of Beauty and the Beast, I grab it. It is my all time favorite fairy tale and Jane Henry has retold it with a modern day twist. Sawyer Gryffon, our beast, has been a recluse for a decade. When given the chance to expand his empire, he realizes he will need the facade of a wife. He chooses Annabelle Symphony and it is so easy to fall in love with this character. Her innocence is evident, but she has a intuitive side helping her to understand Sawyer. But this does intuition does not prevent her from getting herself into trouble. As true to the fairy tale, Annabelle finds herself in situations that anger the Beast, but in this case, a little domestic discipline is in order, and this man certainly can dish out a harsh, yet erotic spanking! In true Jane Henry fashion, this book had me enraptured from the first chapter, and I could not stop listening. She can write an alpha male book with a spunky heroine and I can be guaranteed a smart, hot and entertaining listen. I loved it.

Narrated by Gunnar Qualen and Jenna St. Claire, this team brings the fairy tale to life. Qualen has that deep, dark baritone voice which is perfect for Sawyer. You can feel both the love and the anger through his narration. St. Claire voices Annabelle with that sweet, innocent sound, yet giving her that edge of naughtiness. The performance was excellent.

#AudiobookObsession

If you are in to Adult versions of fairytales, Daddy play (not incest! Just call me daddy) or OTT alphas this is the book for you. It’s a quick easy read. While the love scenes are scorching hot it’s not all lusty mattress moves there is a pretty interesting backstory to the Beast and some parent drama for Annabelle. It remains true to the tale you already know and love while keeping it modern (and kinky). While you can’t share this one with the kiddos I highly recommend making this your bedtime story.

Narrating is Terrible

The writing on this story was just okay. But the value the story did have after much fast forwarding was completely ruined by the narrators. People in their fifties should not be allowed to narrate young characters. Not sure how these people get chosen but these two ruined what could have been a decent book.

Very slow rated PG

I read the reviews and thought it was going to be a good book. Wrong. Slow start and some what weak. 4 hours to long. But the male voice was the best part. I try to get into the story but couldn’t. 😔

I cannot wait for the next book!

I loved the book, the only thing I didn't like was the female narrator. She sounded too old to narrate the young character

A fairytale listen

This one was goid . first one I heard from this author. She took a fairly take and wrote it into an every day tale. This one was about beauty and the beast.
The hero is Sawyer and the heroine is Annabel
Annabel needs help with a problem and only one person can help her. It’s Sawyer . Sawyer will help Annabel under 2 conditions
This was a hot story that had it all

The narrators were good first ones I heard from these 2 and they didn’t disappoint
