Even the book begins with a BDSM disclaimer.
The storyline is really believable. The sexy scenes - extra hot.
The narrator - perfectly conveys all emotions, making you feel like you are there.
And the usual - listen in public places with caution... 😂

Joel Leslie is a magician with his voice - I love the way he’s able to put so much emotion in his story telling. The book is so good but what makes it truly special is the stellar narration!

The book was very nice, and got better once I got past the first chapter. The voice the narrator uses for Mal makes me sleepy, so it was difficult to focus on what he was saying. The pauses between spoken lines and speech tags were a little too long for me, but that might be a cultural thing.
Over-all, I'm likely to read it again at some point, but it's not one of my favourites.

I loved the story. If there’s a down side it’s that it’s long and drawn out and at times repetitive. It’s a big D/s dynamic and spicy, so if that’s not your thing I’d avoid as it repeats constantly. I love the narrator so it helped but it took me a week to get through as it felt samey a lot. Loved the story though
