I can see this is really going to work out when you use these 5 clever steps even though I only finished the audio book. I'm looking forward to seeing the results and changes which will come with a better way of communicating described in this audio book.

The content is quite basic which was disappointing. The book is more about thoughts than communication. The narration was good though.
