This is the second Bayou novel and it is as enchanting as the first in every aspect 5 star. I wish I lived there, and indeed hope it does exist such a charming community and place. Uplifting and so well narrated . Enjoy it and escape .

I have listened to this story and laughed all the way through. There are sad pieces and life lessons but over all it is a feel good story.

This is a wonderful story, not following on from Bayou baby but sitting along side it. Wonderful characters and just great narrating. I really hope there’s more planned.

Roxanne and Zep’s story was great listening. Zep’s way of getting Roxanne to notice was sweet if a little mis guided but it worked😍 They do find their HEA
